The Osnabrück-based wholesaler Bohnenkamp is an established name throughout Europe with its range of tyres and wheels for professional use. The tyre wholesaler now accompanies its extensive range with a 360° service package, from the initial application consultation to the recycling of used tyres. Bohnenkamp will be presenting these comprehensive services during the next THE TIRE COLOGNE from 4 to 6 June 2024. Visitors to the stand in hall 6.1 can find out about the new used tyre recycling service. The tyre wholesaler is also devoting a lot of space to complete wheel fitting, underlining its goal of being able to mount every wheel required for professional use. Whether complete wheels for trailers, solid rubber wheels for forklifts or AS, flotation or EM wheels with multi-part rims, Bohnenkamp now offers individually configurable complete wheel solutions for all assembly requirements, even in large quantities.
Used tyre recycling for customers throughout Germany
Bohnenkamp launched the nationwide used tyre recycling service at the end of last year and with this step extended the 360° service to the end of the tyre's life. Even now, just a few months after the launch, more and more Bohnenkamp customers are taking advantage of the offer. Karen Beck, Head of the Used Tyre Recycling Team at Bohnenkamp, explains the attractive package: "Every single step is organised - from accepting the order to collecting the used tyres and issuing the invoice. Energy recovery to the highest environmental standards or safe return to the material cycle are important to us along with our certified service partners."
Wheel assembly and mounting accessories: "360-degree service, 100% wheel!"
Bohnenkamp published the new mounting accessories catalogue last September. For the first time, workshops and dealers will find all fitting accessories combined in a separate product range - from valves and connections for tyre pressure control systems to special brushes and complete assembly machines. However, the company also highlights its own assembly capacity. Bohnenkamp delivers well over 1,000 fully assembled complete wheels every day. Even hard-to-mount, custom-made designs with extended rim sections, multi-part EM rims or tyre types such as solid rubber profiles that require special assembly machines are handled by the Bohnenkamp mounting service in a matter of minutes. "For decades, we have been known as a wholesaler for all conceivable commercial vehicle treads. We also offer the entire range as wheels," says Thomas Pott, General Sales Manager at Bohnenkamp AG. "Last year, we expanded our assembly capacities and put a newly developed, fully automatic assembly machine for wheels from 20 to 54 inches into operation. Bohnenkamp is now '360-degree service and 100 percent wheel', and that's what we're showing in Cologne."
