Three Windpower tyre models from the PRO series in a total of eight different sizes have been awarded the renowned TÜV Süd tyre seal of approval. The comprehensive tests of the PRO GU01, PRO DR85 and PROSR80 treads were initiated by the manufacturer's development department. All tyres passed the demanding tests in the areas of wet braking, rolling noise, rolling resistance and robustness with flying colors.
The excellent results in all tested categories confirm the high quality and reliability of the truck tyre brand, which has been firmly established in Bohnenkamp's product range for two decades. "We have had very good experiences with Windpower tyres right from the start," praises Karsten Krückeberg, Head of Tyre Sales, "and the TÜV Süd seal of approval once again confirms their unrestricted quality and reliability."

- PRO GU01
The Windpower PRO GU01 is an all-position tyre specially developed for buses in urban traffic. Its construction consists of an inner and outer rubber compound (Dual-Layer Tread Compound), which ensures a long service life and low rolling resistance. A special rubber layer under the tread reduces heat generation. The innovative carcass structure with three cord plies and a spiral belt (Spiral Advanced Technology for Trucks) ensures outstanding ride comfort. In addition, the tyre is characterised by slow and even wear.

- PRO DR85
The Windpower PRO DR85 is a truck tyre for the drive axle in regional transport. Its tread has three small sipes per tread block and provides outstanding traction and stability on dry and wet roads. Wide, open grooves in the tyre shoulder further increase traction. The large tread width guarantees stability and high mileage. The innovative carcass construction with three cord plies made of particularly resistant cord threads ensures very good handling, low rolling resistance and a long tread life.

- PRO SR80
The Windpower PRO SR80 is a truck tyre for steering axles in regional transport. Its tread with four circumferential grooves ensures good water drainage, improved steering behaviour and high ride comfort. Sipes prevent premature tread abrasion on the PRO SR80 and guarantee slow, even wear. The special dual-layer rubber compound (DLTC) prevents excessive heat generation. As with the PRO DR85, the resistant cord threads of the carcass guarantee very good handling and low rolling resistance.
